01Will the mats fit my exact vehicle?
A precise fit starts with the right vehicle details. Enter your UK registration or choose your make, model and year, then add your plate on the product page for an extra check before production.
02What is included with my mat set?
Your made-to-order set includes front and rear EVA mats. Shape, fixing points and any centre piece depend on your vehicle; check the product listing if a particular area matters.
03Are EVA mats waterproof?
Yes. The EVA material is waterproof. Its patterned cells help hold everyday rain, mud and grit on the mat and away from your carpet.
04How do I clean the mats?
Lift the mats out, shake away loose dirt, then wipe or rinse with water. Let them dry fully before refitting.
05How do the mats stay in place?
They use your vehicle’s fixing points where compatible, with high-grip pads to help reduce movement. Follow the fitting instructions and check pedal clearance before driving.
06Which colours can I choose?
Choose from Black, Grey, Beige or Bronze mat colours, then finish the set with Black, Beige, Grey, Blue or Red edging.
07Can I add a tailored boot liner?
Yes. A vehicle-specific boot liner can be added for £45 on the product page or in your basket before checkout. Product photographs are examples; your liner is made for your vehicle.
08How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared within two business days and delivered in a further two to four business days. Most customers receive their order within four to six business days. We ship free across the UK with UPS or Evri; your dispatch email confirms the courier and tracking details.
09Can I return my order?
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Approved UK returns are free; please contact us before sending an item back.
10Are EVA mats suitable all year round?
Yes. EVA is lightweight, durable and odourless, making it practical for wet winters, dusty summers and everyday driving throughout the year.
