1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Although our EVA car mats are custom-made, we accept returns if these conditions are met.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
Customer preference returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
