Perfect Fit Guarantee: If the mats do not fit correctly, choose a free corrected, full-fit replacement or a full refund. AutoCarMats pays the return shipping.

Change of mind: Free UK return within 14 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label, charge no restocking fee and issue a full refund.

Delivery: Free tracked UK delivery, typically 4–6 business days in total.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

Every mat set is made for the make, model and year selected with the order. If the mats do not fit correctly, email us with your order details and clear photos showing the mats positioned in the vehicle.

You can choose either a free corrected, full-fit replacement or a full refund. AutoCarMats pays the return shipping for a fit mismatch.

Fitting the mats in your vehicle to check the fit does not remove your right to a replacement or refund where the fit is incorrect.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. UK change-of-mind returns are free and we provide a prepaid return label.

For a change-of-mind return only, the item must be clean, undamaged and in a resellable condition. No restocking fee applies. This condition does not apply to a genuine fit mismatch.

Once the approved return is received, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds.

Delivery

Orders are prepared in up to 2 business days. After dispatch, tracked UK delivery normally takes 2–4 business days, for a typical total of 4–6 business days. Tracking details are sent when the order is dispatched. UK delivery is free.

How to start a return or fit claim

Email info@autocarmats.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. For a fit issue, include photos showing the mats positioned in the vehicle.

We will arrange a prepaid return label. Returns must be sent only to:
