1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.

2. Shipping (UK Only)

Delivery times:
Standard UK delivery 2-4 business days from dispatch.
Most customers receive their order within 4–6 business days total (processing + delivery).

Shipping fees:
All UK orders include FREE delivery with no minimum order value.

Tracking:
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Address accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs may apply.

Failed delivery:
If a parcel is returned after failed delivery attempts or refusal, we can provide:
- Reshipment (additional postage applies), or
- Refund of the item price (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable).

3. Refund & Return Policy

Return eligibility:
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Although our EVA car mats are custom-made, we accept returns if the product meets these criteria.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@autocarmats.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping:
Returns are free for customers in the United Kingdom. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs for approved returns.

Refund processing:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
