Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your car mats, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Custom-fit EVA car mats are made to order, but we still accept returns within 14 days as long as they meet these conditions.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at emyu.limited@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will respond within 24 hours and offer a free replacement or full refund.
