1. Overview
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By purchasing from AutoCarMats.co.uk, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refunds, Returns & Perfect Fit Guarantee policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use our services and enter into a binding contract.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Vehicle-specific and made-to-order products
EVA car mats are made to order for the make, model and year selected. Please check your vehicle details before ordering. AutoCarMats voluntarily includes its standard vehicle-specific made-to-order mat sets in the 45-day UK change-of-mind return policy described in our Refunds, Returns & Perfect Fit Guarantee policy.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You authorise us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable costs shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
Orders are normally prepared in 0–2 business days and tracked UK delivery normally takes a further 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided.
7. Returns & cancellations
UK customers may request a free change-of-mind return within 45 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label, charge no restocking fee and issue a full refund after the approved return is received. Our Perfect Fit Guarantee also provides a free corrected replacement or full refund where the mats do not fit correctly.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order before dispatch. If production has already started, a pre-delivery cancellation or amendment may not be possible; the 45-day returns policy remains available after delivery.
8. Product Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Slight variations in colour or texture can occur because of screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. Availability is subject to change.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its details secure and for activity under it. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by engaging in unlawful activity, distributing malware, scraping data, infringing rights or misrepresenting your identity.
11. Intellectual Property
Content on AutoCarMats.co.uk, including text, images, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Emyu Limited and protected by applicable law.
12. Reviews & User Content
By submitting reviews or content, you grant Emyu Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content. You confirm that you own the rights to it and that it complies with applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
Our site may contain links or tools operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
14. Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under UK consumer law.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to that, Emyu Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version and revision date will be displayed on this page.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
